As TMP's Interaction Design Lead, Angela Azzolino is the architect behind every website we develop. Each day she and her team come up with creative and intuitive experiences for the good ol' World Wide Web. She's our oracle. By examining, asking and listening, Angela continually helps us develop spot-on interactive solutions for our clients. She's also the mastermind behind the recent resurgence in puppetry around the office.
While at work, her motivation comes from the work itself and the people whose experiences we enhance - but on the streets the woman known as The Roadshark is inspired by speed. You can find her cycling through New York City, whizzing by unicyclists and rollerbladers in a blur of sheer velocity and dark auburn curls. Just don't get in her way. If you do, be warned - she's a consummate foil fencer. Yeah, that's right, sword, helmet, "en garde!" How many Interaction Design Leads can say the same? (Haven't fact-checked that, but probably none.)
With a surname that means "noble," the Big Apple born and raised Azzolino may be dignified, but she's anything but stuck-up. It could be the summer she spent selling Italian ices as a teenager, or perhaps it's her rambunctious cat Gaetano that keeps her in check. Or maybe people's last names just don't mean what they used to.
