Mr. Havard focuses on the development and implementation of recruitment marketing programs and outreach communications for federal, state and local government, contractors and associations. Based at TMP Government headquarters, in the metropolitan Washington, D.C. area, Mr. Havard brings the full-service resources of one of the world’s leading recruitment communications firms to the requirements of government agencies, departments, jurisdictions and organizations. Mr. Havard is a strategic contributor to top-level clients with regards to interactive advertising and marketing technology. Formerly Senior Vice President with TMP Worldwide for the Government Sector, Mr. Havard previously oversaw client development throughout North America for the advertising division of TMP Worldwide. His prior professional experience includes developing and managing a recruitment advertising and consulting practice and corporate HR experience for a major defense contractor.
